1 Introduction
Welcome to Safetripio. By booking or using our services (website, app, or phone), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2 Definitions
- Traveler / Customer: Anyone booking a ride through Safetripio.
- Driver: An individual who has signed our agreement and is officially approved by Safetripio.
- Service: Any type of ride or transfer (airport, city ride, intercity) provided by Safetripio.
- Booking: Reservation made by the Customer via website/app.
3 Your Booking
- You must provide accurate information (pickup location, drop-off location, time, contact details).
- Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive details via email or SMS with driver name, vehicle details, and estimated time of arrival.
- You may cancel or modify your booking up to [e.g. 2 hours] before the pickup time without fee. Later cancellations may incur a charge.
4 Payments & Pricing
- Prices shown are final unless otherwise specified. No hidden fees.
- Payment methods accepted: cash, online payment (card / mobile).
- Safetripio reserves the right to apply extra charges in case of significant delays caused by Customer, extra stops, or highway tolls, etc.
5 Driver Agreement & Hiring Process
- To become a Driver with Safetripio, you must first sign a Driver Agreement. Only after that, you will be approved and assigned trips.
- Drivers must meet our requirements: valid driver’s license, registration of vehicle, clean driving record, and proof of insurance.
- Safetripio may refuse service or terminate driver status if the driver breaches agreement, misconducts, or does not uphold safety standards.
6 Liability & Insurance
- Safetripio maintains insurance coverage as required by Albanian law.
- We are not liable for personal items left inside the vehicle; please keep valuables with you.
- Delays due to traffic, weather, road work, or force majeure are not covered for compensation.
7 User Conduct
- Customers agree to behave respectfully toward drivers and property.
- No smoking, no alcohol abuse, no abusive language.
- Any damage to vehicles caused by customers will be charged.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania.
- Any disputes will be resolved in Tirana courts.
